When the nephews inherited the family farm, it was far cry from 1850, when Savino Caporale established it. Purchased for 4.800 ducat, it was no more than a grazing land with few structures. Throughout the years, new olive trees, almond orchards and vineyards were planted, olive oil mills and equipments to clean and store the almonds placed, and, the main products cultivated: all different forms of the same passion.
