Since 20th February 2015, Dr. Raffaele Caporale, commercial manager of the company, is officially registered in the 'National List of Technicians and Experts of extra virgin and virgin olive oils.

From 7th to 10th March 2014 the 8th edition of Capital Oil was held in Trieste, in the prestigious halls of the Maritime Station, , the most important exhibition dedicated to extra virgin olive oil, an event which presents the best national and foreign productions.

HONG KONG TASTING EVENT

A small selection of companies will participate in food and wine tasting organized by areté food and wine in the CIAK restaurant in Hong Kong . The tasting of 22 May 2014 is dedicated to opinion of industry leaders , buyers, journalists and consumers . A tasting designed for wine lovers in Hong Kong interested in learning about wine and Italian culinary excellence combined with tasty finger food prepared by the chef of the restaurant.

In 2015, the Caporale Sabino and Sons Agricoltural Company is officially listed in the Italian Registry Excellencies, achieving the 'Anti-ID n.5679. Italian excellence is a 'cultural non-profit association which aims to bring out and enhance the strengths of the Italian and Made in Italy, to protect and promote the brands and the quality of Italian products.

CERTIFICATE OF PHYSIOLOGICAL SUITABILITY FOR TASTING OLIVE OIL

In 2015 the Assoproli Bari has issued a certificate of Physiological Suitability for Tasting Olive Oil to Raffaele Caporale. The consortium seeks to protect, promote, enhance and treat the general interests of the Designation of Protected Origin of Bari, also through information of the Consumer. Today Assoproli is the largest Italian Consortium for DOP oil, with almost 700 members and more than 7 million bottles certified last year.

GUIDE TO EXTRA-VIRGIN 2014

In 2014 the Caporale Sabino and Sons Agricoltural Company company has reported in Extravergini Guide 2014 of Slow Food Publishing Company, an international non-profit association committed to restore value to food.
